We also act as relator's counsel, on behalf of individuals, in qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act and related state laws against companies that defraud government programs.

- Health care litigation — We handle a wide range of health care matters for health care entities, including credentialing disputes, unfair pricing matters, and False Claims Act cases, among others.
- Personal injury — We concentrate our personal injury practice on the needs of injured people, handling claims involving product liability, motor vehicle accidents and professional malpractice. We also litigate consumer protection claims.
